Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Energy Assistant (“the Skill”), provided by Adela Bara and Simona Vasilica Oprea (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Skill.
Use License
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Skill for your personal, non-commercial use.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.
Restrictions

- Use the Skill for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
- Interfere with the security-related features of the Skill or any system connected to the Skill.
- Execute any form of network monitoring or run a network analyzer or packet sniffer or any other technology to intercept, decode, mine, or display any packets used to communicate between the Skill’s servers or any data not intended for you.
Modifications to the Skill
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Skill (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Skill.
Intellectual Property
The Skill and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Adela Bara and Simona Vasilica Oprea and its licensors. The Skill is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, nor our partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Skill.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romanian Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
